How can I schedule an appointment?

What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
Please bring any previous veterinary records, vaccination history, and a list of medications or supplements your pet is taking. If your pet has specific behavioral concerns, health issues, or allergies, please notify our staff so we can prepare accordingly.

Do you offer pet insurance or payment plans?
While we do not offer in-house payment plans, we partner with CareCredit and Scratch Pay for flexible financing and accept a wide variety of pet insurance providers. We also recommend Pumpkin Pet Insurance, which offers an urgent pay feature so your pet’s care can begin right away.
Can I refill my pet’s prescription or order food online?
Our team reviews all requests to ensure your pet’s prescription remains safe and appropriate.
Do you offer telemedicine or virtual visits?

Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! We’re always happy to welcome new clients and their pets to the Lifetime family. You can get started by completing our New Client Registration Form before your visit. Doing so saves time at check-in and allows our team to prepare for your pet’s specific needs.
