New Patient Center
When you join our care at Lifetime Pet Center of New Richmond, our goal is to make your first visit as smooth, stress-free, and efficient as possible. We’ve put together this page to give you everything you need to prepare for your pet’s appointment — from online forms to downloadable guides and helpful tools.
Streamline Your Visit
Simplify check-in and save time on arrival by filling out our online New Client Registration Form before your visit. This helps us get to know you and your pet, review prior medical records, and start your appointment without unnecessary delays.
For even faster check-ins and ongoing care management, download our GreatPetCare App. Through the app, you can:
Access your pet’s medical history and reminders
Request refills and schedule appointments
Receive updates and notifications from our team
Manage multiple pets in one convenient place
What to Expect
During your first visit, we’ll:
Conduct a full physical exam from nose to tail
Review your pet’s medical history and discuss any concerns
Recommend routine vaccinations, parasite testing, or bloodwork
Discuss nutrition, behavior, and lifestyle recommendations
Please plan for your first appointment to take about 40–60 minutes, as we take the time to get to know your pet and input all relevant health information.
